Nye Beach

Today we went to Nye Beach in Newport. It's still only in the 50's but got a little warmer late afternoon. This beach is also amazing.


This very strange grass was growing here. Does anyone know what it's called?

Lunch was "from scratch" clam chowder at The Chowder House by the beach, it was a "10" out of 10 in my opinion.




We ended the day by putting together Heather's new grill and trying it out for supper. Made chicken and roasted pineapple, yum, yum.
